Mix sanitizer at appropriate concentration and sanitize food contact surfaces at regular intervals., 2. Staff is scooping ice cream; scoops were kept in standing water. Provide dipper well or wash/sanitize scoops between uses. Do not store scoops in water between use.
Move food equipment away from hand sink and ensure it is continuously accessible for handwashing. Currently chocolate machine and paper cups stored near paper towel dispenser.
Was advised owner has taken approved Provincial Food Safety Course. Copy of certificate to be provided.** please provide proof of food safety certification (list attached with approved courses)
