1. Front display refrigerator was not maintaining food at 4C or less (measured at 10C). Ensure items are display only OR fridge is capable of keeping to-go items at 4C or less. It may help to cool items in your other fridge before they are put on display. Do not use this fridge until it is capable of holding items at 4C or less., 2. Cooling options are limited (ice machine not working, limited refrigeration space). Recommend providing ice wands (or repairing ice machine) to ensure foods are cooled rapidly; within 4 hours to 4C. Food can also be divided into smaller volumes and put in the fridge; confirm it is at 4C after 4 hours.
