PassChlorine test strips were expired. These were replaced by the operator during the inspection.
1. Fruit flies were observed in the back storage area by the pop syrups. , 2. Fly strip observed, was old. , , DO THE FOLLOWING:, 1. Ensure that the spill in the back is cleaned up to stop attracting flies , 2. Replace the fly strip with a new one
**Outstanding violation March 2025. 1. Observed a gap at the bottom of the back kitchen door and light visible. , , COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:, 1. Repair/replace the weatherstrip to prevent entry of insects and pests into the facility.
1. There was an accumulation of burnt debris and food debris in the space between the grill and on top of the cooler. , , 2. Walk-in cooler and freezer had debris built up under the shelves. , , 3. Inside of the prep-coolers had food debris and spills. , , 4. Mini chest freezer, with the ice cream, had built up. , , , COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:, 1.
