There was a cork bulletin board on wall by dishwasher. Remove bulletin board as cork is porous and cannot be properly cleaned and disinfected.
Cutting board used in front prep area was worn and had grooves that required cleaning. Thoroughly clean and sanitize or replace if unable to clean.
