Food must be properly protected from contamination or adulteration during storage, preparation, and service.

The restaurant needs to install a soap dispenser at the hand washing sink in the food preparation area.

Food contact equipment and utensils must be in good condition and properly maintained. The restaurant needs to repair or replace any damaged equipment, utensils, or surfaces that touch food.

The restaurant did not maintain adequate lighting in food preparation areas as required by Ontario's Building Code.

A certified food handler or supervisor must be present whenever the restaurant is open.

The restaurant's ventilation system needs to be thoroughly cleaned to properly remove cooking odors, fumes, and heat from the kitchen.
