Several cases of food are being stored on the floor of the walk-in and pails of food (veg in water) are being stored on the floor of the walk-in fridge. This is a repeat violation. , , Please ensure food is being stored off the floor to protect it from contamination and allow for proper cleaning of the walk-in floors.
