Please document cleaning schedule for slushie and Slurpee machines and record frequency of cleaning.

Please obtain sanitizer test strips to measure concentration of sanitizers. If using a bleach sanitizer please obtain chlorine test strips. If using a Quats sanitizer please obtain quat test strips.

Please ensure to clean hard to reach areas, underneath equipment, walk-in-cooler floor, in-between equipment and shelves and behind.
