PassIt was noted that food handlers were not washing hands between tasks. Food handlers were unaware of glove guidelines., Importance of handwashing and glove guidelines were discussed with the operator during the inspection. Hands must be washed after handling soiled dishes, washroom break, raw meat, etc and before handling ready-to-eat food items, clean dishes, before putting glove on and after taking them off. , Please wash hands and follow proper glove policy.
Dishwashing sinks located in the bakery area were not large enough to fully submerge baking sheets. , Please either acquire smaller baking sheets or install larger sinks to ensure all equipment is able to fully submerge in dishwashing sinks.
The floor of the walk-in-freezer located inside the deli and bakery and walk-in-cooler of the bakery were made of concrete. The concrete was not sealed and was not easy to clean., Please seal the concrete floor and ensure it is maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state at all times.
General cleaning is required in the deli, bakery and produce area. Accumulation of debris and dust was noted throughout the facilities. , Please clean the indicated areas and ensure it is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
