Two juice dispensers in the cafe area were observed full of juice but with the refrigeration units turned off, resulting in the juice being 23 degrees C. Operator Gus stated this area had not been in use since Saturday night. Upon closing of this area, all food items must be properly stored or disposed of. Juices were emptied and dispensing units were cleaned and sanitized at the request of the PHI.
Dishwasher was ran three times and no chlorine residual could be found. Despite priming the sanitizer, none could be observed dispensing. , , Operator Gus was instructed to call for service and to set up the 3-compartment sink for manual dishwashing with a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizing solution.
Paper towel was not in the dispenser at time of inspection. Operator Gus replaced it at the request of PHI.

The popcorn maker in the cafe serving area was found with a large amount of leftover popcorn sitting out, not protected from contamination or pests. Operator stated cafe area had not been used since Saturday evening. Proper cleaning and removal of any open food items is required in this area when not in use.

Floor was noted to be damaged throughout the facility. , Please repair the damaged floor and ensure it is maintained in a smooth, easy to clean and moisture resistant state. , 2. Drywall mud was noted on walls during the inspection. , Please paint these areas and ensure they are maintained in a smooth, easy to clean and moisture resistant state., 3. The washroom door was noted to be open at the time of inspection. , As this door opens directly into the food handling and prep area, please install a self-closing mechanism and keep this door closed at all times.
