Pass***Operator was instructed to monitor for pests and keep a monthly pest control tracking record. She had the sheets printed out but not completed. Ensure they are completed monthly. Education provided
***There was no FHP posted. Sent a copy of the current FHP that was printed out during the inspection. Seh plans on putting in the frame.
