Multiple cleaning cloths were observed in use and not soaking in an approved sanitizer solution. Employees were provided education on this. This violation has been cited previously. All cleaning cloths, once in use, must soak in an approved sanitizer solution including any cloths used for the milk steaming wands.

Standing freezer in the back area has a large buildup of ice internally and this needs to be removed to ensure proper air circulation.
The icemaker requires deep cleaning to remove the visible buildup of mould. Please turn off, defrost, scrub clean, and sanitize before using.
