***The floor covering throughout the front area of the store was carpet. Open foods require smooth cleanable finishes.
***Plans were not provided for the changes necessary to meet the requirements for open food handling. Previously discussed that there would be more requirements if they expand to open foods. Previously sent by e-mail, the requirements that needed to be met before this change occurred.
