It was noted that the facility was using vinegar water as a sanitizer. , Please note that vinegar is not an approved sanitizer and must not be used to sanitize food contact surfaces. The facility has a Lysol spray which meets alternative sanitizer requirements with 30 seconds contact time. Please use this product to sanitizer food contact surfaces.

Unfinished shelves were noted in the back storage area. , Please seal unfinished shelves and ensure they are maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state.
