A mesh ladle used in the front counter area was observed to be in disrepair and ripped in one corner. Informed operator who discarded the utensil and brought up a new ladle. Please ensure all utensils are in good condition.

The scissors used to cut meat were observed sitting by the grill and not properly sanitized when questioned the operator. Informed operator to wash and sanitize scissors routinely throughly the day.

The measured concentration for the sanitizer pail located in the back kitchen measured 100ppm QUAT concentration. Informed owner and a fresh solution was prepared. Retested and concentration was acceptable (200ppm).
