Walls and floor in the dish pit, specifically underneath the dishwasher, was dirty and collecting food debris and water. Fruit flies were noted to be attracted to the wet areas with food in the dish pit., , Please ensure that food and other objects are removed from the kitchen floors, and that all floors and walls in the facility are routinely cleaned and maintained.
