The hand sink was used for thawing meat. The operator removed the meat promptly and told the kitchen staffs to use the sink for hand washing only.

In the men's washroom, one paper towel dispenser was not working, and the other dispenser was empty. The operator stated that they would go change the battery and refill the empty dispenser.
The ducts and ceiling above the main line contain a buildup of dust. Staff have begun cleaning these areas in sections.

After successive tested runs on the high-temperature dishwasher, the maximum temperature measured was 66.4 degrees Celsius.
A box of potatoes was stored on the floor and a bulk food container was stored on a shelf without a cover. The operator promptly stored the box of potatoes off of the floor and got a cover for the bulk food container.
The top of the dishwasher is covered in debris.
