Food sold at a special event must be prepared in an approved/permitted food establishment or prepared on-site within the booth. The pre-fried cheese sticks were removed during the inspection. Additional frozen cheese sticks were available for preparation on-site.
The bleach spray was too strong (>200 ppm) and was diluted during the inspection.
