Pest control records were not available at the time of inspection. Please provide the reports to the Public Health Inspector as soon as possible.

The dry storage bins containing flour and oats were observed with the scoops stored inside, with the handles in contact with the product. The operator repositioned the scoops to ensure the handles remained upright and out of the food.
