The temperature of the soup holding measured to be 50°C. Staff was advised to raise the temperature of the hot holding and to monitor the temperature frequently.
The concentration of the chlorine sanitizer in the glassware dishwasher measured to be 0 ppm. When checked, the sanitizer bottle was empty, so the staff replaced it with a new sanitizer bottle. After priming, the concentration measured to be 100 ppm.
Ice scoop was observed to be left on the side of the ice machine. Staff was advised to store the ice scoop in a container.

A container of food was observed on the floor of walk-in cooler and freezer. Staff was advised to move the bin to the shelf. PHI advised the staff to send photos once they relocate the food to the shelf.
The handwashing station located near the kitchen entrance was found to be out of hand soap. The manager corrected the violation by restocking the hand soap.
Employee's jackets were found hanging on the shelf near the food preparation area. No personal items should be kept in the food preparation area. Staff was advised to remove their personal items from the food preparation area.
- Quats sanitizer was used for surface cleaning and no test strips were available at the site., - Test strips were not available for the sanitizer used in the glassware dishwasher. , Manager ordered the test strips and will send photos once they receive it.
