Submit the most recent two (2) pest control inspection reports so that they can be reviewed. Ensure a copy of all pest control inspection reports are made available at this facility so that they can be easily reviewed during inspection.
At time of inspection:, , 1. The meat slicer (including some internal components) were found to be in an unsanitary condition. A plastic bag / garbage bag was placed over this piece of equipment which indicates that it is ready for service., , The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:, , 1. Clean and sanitize the meat slicer - including all internal components. DO NOT place a bag / garbage bag over this piece of equipment unless it has been indicated that it is fully ready for next service., ****AT TIME OF INSPECTION, THIS ISSUE REMAINS EXISTING. DRIED FOOD PARTICLES (ALTHOUGH NOT AS SEVERE ON THIS OCCASION) WERE STILL PRESENT ON THE MEAT SLICER BLADE AND METAL PROTECTIVE COVER.
