DO NOT place a bag / garbage bag over this piece of equipment unless it has been indicated that it is fully ready for next service., ****AT TIME OF INSPECTION, THIS ISSUE REMAINS EXISTING. DRIED FOOD PARTICLES (ALTHOUGH NOT AS SEVERE ON THIS OCCASION) WERE STILL PRESENT ON THE MEAT SLICER BLADE AND METAL PROTECTIVE COVER.
