Be advised that this practice is not permitted to be conducted as it is up to the owner / operator of any commercial food establishment to ensure all hot-held food remains at a temperature of 60c/140F or greater., , A powered hot-holding unit was provided by a third party and was brought up to a temperature of 60c/140F or greater. All hot food was then placed inside this device for the remainder of the event., , In future, please ensure all hot-held food is kept inside a powered hot-holding unit.
