Tongs were being stored in the container of ice in the freezer in the dining area. Staff removed during inspection. Residents may leave tongs inside the container. Ensure residents are aware to leave tongs out of container (provide a lid, or post a sign on container). , , Food was being stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer. Ensure food is off the floor 6 inches to protect from contamination and facility cleaning.
