With the concentrated source solution, less will be needed to make a solution with a 100ppm chlorine concentration. Corrected during the inspection. The solution was diluted down to 100ppm and discussed.

***The surfacing was stained/gouged/had disrepair present on the two white cutting boards that were going to be cut down to size for the equipment. Discussed sanding or shaving it down to undamaged surfacing for cleanability.

***The washroom door opened into the food storage area. Discussed and he will install a self closing device on the door.
