***Pest control records were set up but were not maintained or up to date. Discussed that copies of the facility sheets should be kept onsite monthly. Walmart managers present indicated they would provide copies for this area.

***The test strips present appeared not to be used as they were discoloured at the exposed end. Discussed with staff that the discoloured strips may not provide accurate measurements. The discoloured section was discarded during the inspection.
***Pest control records were not being maintained. Discussed that a monthly copy of the facility records could be kept onsite or self monitoring check sheets could be kept. The self monitoring pest control record was provided to the staff during the inspection.
***An expired FHP was posted. Discussed with staff and e-mail correspondence and the file was updated and a new FHP was sent out by e-mail for posting.
