Jun 29, 2023, Second time, the temperature of the display cooler located by the pop dispenser was noted at 10 degrees Celsius on the thermometer installed in the cooler. Temperature was measured as 11.5 degrees Celsius with probe thermometer and infrared thermometer. The foods containing deli meat (sandwiches), and variety of salads (Coleslaw, macaroni salads) were observed being stored in the cooler again at 11.5 Degrees Celsius. The foods were removed from the cooler by the manager along with an operator to be discarded voluntarily. , First cited on Jun 8, The temperature of the display cooler located next to the beverage station was noted on thermometer installed in the cooler and also measured with infra-red thermometer at 10 degrees Celsius. The operator was asked to move all high-risk food from that cooler to the other cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius., , Ensure the high-risk foods are stored at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Do not store high risk foods in the cooler until it is able to maintain the required temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or below.
Comment carried over from previous inspection report., Cooler located near the pop dispensing equipment at the front area was noted being unable to maintain temperature at 4c or below. Operator began to remove the high-risk foods from the cooler during inspection., , Repair the indicated equipment and send the service report to the undersigned.
