Walk-in cooler had a thermometer installed on the shelf and indicated the temperature inside the cooler was 6-8 degrees Celsius, , , Food items were recorded to be at a temperature of around 5C. , , Supervisor was notified, and high-risk food items were rearranged to be stored in the colder spots of the cooler. , , Please ensure that all cooling and freezer units are in working condition and maintained to ensure that high risk food items are held at below 4C.
