Two wet cleaning cloths were observed to be lying on a stainless steel cart. No sanitizer solution was present on the cloths when tested. Informed operator and cloths were put into a sanitizer pail. Please ensure cloths are kept in a sanitizer solution after use.

The QUAT concentration for the sanitizer pails and sanitizer bin beside the dishwasher measured only 100 ppm. Informed operator who refilled pails and bin with fresh solution. Retested and measured concentration was acceptable (200 ppm).
