Hot holding unit storing hot lunch that was received from a central kitchen was measuring at 40-45C. Receiving temperature logs weren't filled out by staff as per written food safety plans. Program called the central kitchen to receive new food, and the other lunches were discarded. Staff will log temperatures upon receiving the food and prior to serving.
