1. During the inspection it was noted that the dishwasher did not have any sanitizer active in the dishwashing process. The PHI assessed that sanitizer line was intaking air and not sanitizer. The sanitizer line was readjusted and then sanitizer was present in the dishwashing cycle. , , The PHI advised the owners to conduct regular testing of the dishwasher sanitizer to ensure that was not a reoccurring issue. , , Please ensure that the dishwasher is performing adequately at all times., , 2. During the inspection the dishwasher was observed to be leaking as noted by the owners. The owners were preparing to repair the leak during the inspection. , , Please ensure that the dishwasher is maiantained in a working condition at all times.

During the inspection it was noted that no sanitizing solution test strips specific to chlorine and the sanitizing cycle of the dishwasher were available in the facility. , , Please ensure that sanitizer test strips for the sanitizer installed in the dishwasher are available in the facility at all times.
