Soiled cloths were stored on a table near food prep/handling area. Operator indicated that the cloths are not used for cleaning surfaces. Please ensure that all soiled/contaminated cloths are stored in a separate area/bucket. The cloths were removed from the area during the inspection.
Coolers were equipped with internal monitoring thermometers, except the walk-in cooler. Please install an internal thermometer to monitor and verify temperatures.
