In the front counter the meat slicer is right next to the hand sink without a barrier. During the handwshing process water could splash directly on to the slicer., By March 5, 2025 place a splash gaurd between sink and the slicer or remove the slicer.
There was an unlabelled spray bottle on the food production side. Even if it contains water it must be labelled.
Damaged ceiling tiles in the spice room - food production side., , By March 24, 2025 ensure ceiling are replaced.
