Meat was thawing in the 3 compartment sink without any cold running water. The surface temperature was at 6C. Staff member indicated they fill the sink with hot water and thaw the meat this way and just drained the water. Manager indicated they do not do cold running water as the sink would overflow with water. Food items must be thawed in the cooler or under cold running water. Please ensure staff/management is educated on proper thawing procedures.

Hot water faucet in the women's bathroom appears to be leaking and is causing water to pool around the faucet. Repair/replace.
