Sanitizer pails were at 0ppm of chlorine at the time of inspection. Operator replaced solutions during inspection.

Mechanical dishwasher was equipped with detergent, however, there was 0ppm of chlorine at the dish level. Operator repaired unit during the inspection and concentration returned to 100ppm of chlorine. , , Two compartment sink had detergent and bleach available.

New wooden shelves were installed in the kitchen, however, they were unprotected. Please ensure the boards are protected so that they are smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean and in good repair.
