Prep table cooler (sandwich assembly line) was not maintaining temperature. External temperature of foods was 10C. Staff noted the issue was identified during their temperature checks & a service technician is expected later today. PHI instructed staff to only take small portions out for the assembly line & discard all temperature-abused product at the end of the day.
