Ensure the manufacturer’s instructions are followed when preparing the solution. Maintain chlorine concentration at 100 ppm. Use appropriate test strips to verify the concentration. A new sanitizer solution was prepared by the operator, and the chlorine level was confirmed at 100 ppm.
The hand sink was fully supplied and proper handwashing was observed. However, there was no cold water at the front hand sink. The tap was leaking, and water pressure was low. Please repair to ensure proper use.
