The chlorine bleach sanitizer solution spray bottle was not labeled. Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled to prevent misuse. Corrected onsite. The operator labeled the bottle.

Multiple ceiling tiles were missing in the back area, where the freezers are located. All surfaces must be in good repair, smooth, and easy to clean. Please install the missing ceiling tiles.

The ice machine cover is in disrepair and comes off when opening. Please repair or replace the cover.
