Light fixtures without shatter-resistant light covers were observed in the kitchen and storage room. Replace the shatter-resistant light covers or install shatter-resistant light tubes.

1. The doors on the two deep freezers in the facility are defective. Repair the doors or replace the equipment., , 2. The freezers appear to be dirty. Clean both freezers.

Dirt and food buildup were observed on the floor, in corners, and in crevices of the kitchen. Conduct deep cleaning.
