Starbucks- Quats sanitizer solution was measured at 100 ppm. The operator replaced the solution with a freshly prepared one, which measured 200 ppm, meeting the required concentration for effective sanitization.

Deli- Cooked rice brought out from the cooler to reheat was measured at 33C. Operator was instructed to reheat the foods to a minimum 74C. Staff should only bring out food from the cooler when they are ready to handle them. High risk foods must be stored at less than 4C or greater than 60C.

Deli- Plumbing below the China Kitchen 3-compartment sink is leaking. Operator informs that a work order has already been submitted for the repair.
