PassA cellphone was observed on the counter in the food prep area. Ensure personal items are stored in a separate area away from food prep areas to help prevent potential contamination of food. The operator placed the phone in their pocket during the inspection.
The back exterior door was not tightly sealed - there was a ~1 inch gap along the base of the door., , ACTION REQUIRED: Ensure all doorways are tightly sealed.
