The hand sink located in the kitchen is not operational, as the P-trap under the sink is detached. The staff member reported that the dishwashing sink is being used for handwashing. The hand sink must be repaired immediately to ensure adequate and sanitary handwashing facility is available for staff.

A buildup of water with what appeared to be green slime was observed inside the tank in the glasswasher in the bar area. , Ensure that the indicated glasswasher tank is drained and cleaned or removed from the facility as it is an attractant for pests such as cockroaches.
