Sanitizer spray bottle in the front measured at 0 ppm QUAT. The contents were emptied and filled with 400 ppm QUAT.
The QUAT sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing sanitizer consistently. The sanitizer container cap was not properly secured, resulting in air bubbles in the sanitizer line. Please ensure that the dispenser is repaired and sanitizer concentrations remain consistent and at a minimum of 200 ppm at all times. The operator indicated that they would address the issue immediately and obtain a new sanitizer container.
