1) Spring rolls in the walk in freezer were stored in non food grade bags. Ensure that food grade bags are used to store food to prevent food contamination. , , 2) Blue bins are in use for storing bean sprouts that are not food grade. Some of the containers are broken. Replace non food grade containers with food grade containers or use a food grade bag or liner to store food. , , 3) A Home Depot pail that was not food grade was in use for food storage in the walkin cooler. Ensure that food is stored in a food grade pail. Do not use non food grade pails for food.

1) A sanitizer pail with cleaning cloths and sanitizer was found at 0 ppm. Staff were using the cloths to clean a surface with soap and water and forgot to switch the solution to sanitizer. The pail was filled with sanitizer at 200ppm during the inspection. Ensure that sanitizer pails that store cleaning cloths are filled with sanitizer after cleaning tasks are completed or have a different pail for soap and water, clearly labelled and one for sanitizer.
