Handwashing sink was observed with strainers, knives, and cardboard obstructing access. Operator was instructed to keep the handwashing sink accessible at all times. All items were removed immediately.

Staff personal items were found on the preparation table. Operator was instructed not to store any personal items in the food handling area. Items were removed during the inspection.

An expired food handling permit was displayed. Operator was instructed to locate and post the valid permit. The valid permit was posted later during the inspection.

Cleaning is required behind the stove due to accumulation of dust and debris.
