Quat test strips expired Jul 2025., , Ensure you have test strips that are not expired and ensure sanitizer solution is checked at least before it will be used for the day.

There was a drip/ leak by the one compartment sink/ dishwasher. , , Someone was onsite to fix this solution immediately. Ensure plumbing is in good repair.

Initially sanitizer was not coming from the dispenser and staff were uncertain why. Later, they realized the water valve had been shut off due to a leak., , Please make sure sanitizer is available and that there is a back up plan in case the dispenser is not working.
