Mechanical dishwasher was equipped with detergent and reached a maximum hot water temperature of 73C, , Two compartment sink had no detergent (not pumping through) and no sanitizer (QUAT bottle was missing). Please look into repairing the detergent dispenser and providing sanitizer.
QUAT test strips expired in 2015, please obtain new QUAT test strips.
