Informed staff who diluted and prepared a fresh sanitizer pail and retested concentration was acceptable (200ppm). Please ensure sanitizer manufacturer instructions are followed and solution is properly diluted during preparation.
A valid food handling permit was not posted onsite. Discussed concern with operator and a new valid food handling permit was printed and posted in a location visible to the public.
