The sandwich cooler in the coffee station was measured above 8C. External dial was at 47F. Staff moved sandwiches to another functional cooler., , Do not store high risk food unless the cooler can maintain in below 4C/40F.

The coffee station hand sink had no soap. Ensure soap dispenser is in good working order and soap available.

- Iodine test strip was not available to test the glasswasher at the bar. Ensure iodine strips are available and test glasswasher daily.

The light in the meat cooler is not sufficient. Ensure the meat cooler is well lit to facilitate proper sanitation.
