The cold faucet of the designated hand sink was not functional. Ensure running cold water is available at the hand sink., Chef indicated handwashing was being completed at the 2-compartment dishwashing sink by the dishwasher which had paper towels and soap in their respective dispensers.
Particle board shelves in the basement storage area do not appear to be cleanable or impervious to moisture., , Ensure the shelves are smooth, washable and impervious to moisture (ie. seal with a sealant or paint).
A part of the wall of the basement prep area is damaged and has holes. Ensure wall is repaired and maintained in a smooth, easy to clean and non-absorbent condition.
