Yes (corrected during inspection) - note that the far side soft ice cream machine had been switched off during change of bagged ice cream product and was switched on again after examination of machine. Staff are to ensure all such precautions are undertaken when switching food product containers/bags and that refrigeration/freezer unit machines are functional after a re-supply. , , Also, review with staff regarding cooking procedure of chicken food product, with staff to ensure use of probe thermometer during final cooking step (to ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked in the center deepest part)., , Note: staff were recording the monitoring of daily food safety temperatures (with records kept in a coiled book, available for review - and are to be kept for a period of 90 days).
