The sanitizer concentration was tested and found to be 0 ppm. The operator replaced the sanitizer, and the concentration was subsequently found to be satisfactory.
Dirty and clean wiping rags were observed stored in the bathroom. All wiping rags must be removed and stored in a designated area. Clean rags should be stored separately from dirty rags and protected from dirt and pests.

Wiping cloths can NOT remain on counters when not in use. Please change the QUATs solution frequently when the concentration drops below the required 200 ppm. , Alternatively, you can use sanitizer bottles with disposable paper towels to wipe surfaces, and no reusable cleaning towels.,
The QUAT sanitizer solution is measured at 400 ppm with QUAT test strips. Ensure that the QUAT sanitizer is adjusted at the pump to achieve a concentration of 200 ppm.
